Sleep Challenge uses smart-phone/gadget/wearable sensors and integrated with the Health app those automatically monitors your activities.

Further, if you are using third-party fitness bands or trackers or smart watches, which can track your sleep activity, they can be integrated to Sleep Challenge for monitoring purposes.

Challenge and use the app to earn money: While registering, user has to set-up a challenge to himself / other users / other groups and select a prize amount with which he wants to challenge.

Users can earn money by successfully completing the challenge, by referring to friends, using additional earning functions.
